  1. Appreciate the work. However, considering the composition of Nagas, which is a clubbing of various tribes and their dialects, can one possibly point out one common vocabularies understood and accepted by all?. In short can any one ever say what language the Nagas speak?

In the case of Manipuri (Meiteilon) (spoken by all Meiteis and also by most or some tribes in Manipur) there are various dialects of this main ‘Meiteilon’ which is spoken by Meiteis in Pallel, Kakching, Vaikhong etc. who.. otherwise understands the main language-Manipuri or Meiteilon.

Who can or where from one identify such common language and tabled as “Naga Language”?

I am afraid, the above vocabularies should not fall as an ‘alien’ to the ears of other Naga tribes.
